RETRAX is compact, measuring no larger than a dime in circumference, yet extends an impressive 21.5 inches when needed. Crafted with a stainless-steel braided wire coated in a smooth, skin-friendly material, it's both durable and abrasion-resistant. The winding mechanism, housed in durable nylon at the base of your skull, ensures reliability and comfort.

RETRAX LOCKING MODEL: The locking unit is more like a traditional eyewear retainer, in that it enables the user to utilize 3 pre-set locking lengths: slightly past your chin, halfway down and fully-extended. Simply secure the retention cups to your eyewear, then while holding your glasses, pull the RETRAX shell until it’s fully extended. Put the RETRAX behind your head, give it a little tug as you’re putting on your eyewear and it will retract. It’s that simple!

When will my order be shipped?

All items will ship within 2-3 business days in New Zealand, 5-10 business days in Australia and rest of the world. Weekends orders will be shipped out on Monday. We cannot guarantee next day delivery but try to offer the quickest service available to us.

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to
help! You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
